We redesigned the entrance area of the Dutch Steam Engine Museum. The visitor will receive an introduction on the concept of 'Steam' here before heading to the pumping station. Two interactive steam engines tell their story in the central space with a small café setting surrounding them. An educational space next to the main area give (school)kids the opportunity to learn and play with small steam engines. The foldable wall between the two spaces make them multifunctional for bigger events.
